As part of the “Terbum Mod” national movement initiated by the President of Mongolia, the autumn tr-e planting days have been. Members of the “Food Revolution” NGO, a coalition of professional associations in the food and agriculture industry, took part in a tree planting event. They planted over 300 trees in the initial phase to establish the “Food Revolution” grove.

There are 12 parks around Ulaanbaatar where trees are being planted. In the “Green Squirrel” park, which belongs to the 326th unit of the Armed Forces in the Ulziit neighborhood of Khan-Uul district, the NGO “Food Revolution” has planted Spruce, Roses, Almonds, Redwood, Larch, Orul, Khaitan, Barbaria, Goldbor, Pine, and Monos. More than 300 trees have been planted and watered.

The “Tumen Shuvuut” JSC team participated in the event by providing their support with fertilizers.

Every year, tree planting in the “Food Revolution” grove will be organized as a tradition in the future. The leaders of the “Food Revolution” NGO emphasized that enterprises operating in the food sector are encouraged to participate in planting trees in the grove.
